Next step is to focus on the rear end while we wait for the front wheel arches to arrive from Klassic Fab. So we start with the rear chassis mount. 9 time out of 10 you will find these mounts rusted away on UK vans but people seem to just cover them is underseal and forget that they are there to do a job.

Finishing touches to the underside, with the addition of some new conduits for the wiring loom and brake pipe, the underside is now complete. The heater tube that should run down the middle will be added in at a later date (When it turns up)….and now for something completely different.

Front outriggers and jacking points can now go on along with the inner sill both sides……the Autocraft panels have really shown their colours here, such a pleasure to work with.

Now the top hats are done the rear cross member, jacking points and outriggers can go on!!

The rear top hat sectons were then removed and repairs made before the new pieces were put in.

With the cross member ready, the top hat can be repaired and the cross member fitted.
